Wait, both SQ and UA have full flat business class on nonstops to SFO. Just flew United's today and it's a pretty solid flat product - better than BA's NCW IMHO. When you drop the armrest, it's certainly wide enough as a bed.

I don't think any of the three stack up to SQ's new C class, but I haven't tried that one
