E-ticket question
After a call the CP to find out what happened to my e-ticket and placed on hold by the agent for 20 mins, I finally got my eticket... my first issued by AC.
Got some question as I am new to AC eticket.
My CP FF number were no where to be seen on the e-ticket like it was on CP, it only said **AC CLUB MEMBER** on the bottom, should I be concern about not getting my points?
There was no seat number on the ticket, only said "J-confirmed" (I was upgraded), does that mean I don't have a pre assigned seat? (I am sure I do as I checked ITN and the 2 seats that the agent said I have is not available).
