AUA is in the Caribbean, which does not allow complimentary lounge access when traveling in Business (unless you hold Sapphire or higher status from a OW airline other than AA).


If you hold:
1) QP membership
2) certain eligible AMEX Platinum cards
...then you can use the Admirals Clubs. Otherwise, you can cough up US$50 for a Daypass to visit all clubs accessible to you en route. Same on the return.
