Chengdu 46 in Little Falls.
And it's not just me, I promise. Read the reviews (nytimes comes to mind in particular), read the Zagat.
Chengdu is expensive, and the decor is anything but authentic Chinese, but the quality of the food, not just the duck, makes it the unreal.
