It's better for us CPers who are used to the strict upgrade timelines. Technically, as long as there are C class available, they can upgrade you, the timeline is just up to the agent.

In regard to the waitlist question, I was told that they only have such thing for ExecPlat (Super Elite too?) and when an upgrade becomes available, they will assign the upgrade to you.
