Thank goodness I don't travel in the real airline world all the time because the little micro-dot amount of carry-on permitted by some airlines, Quantas & ANZ among them, is pathetic. Hard to keep a laptop + valuables with you unless someone turns a blind eye. I'll travel airlines with a generous carryon allowance anyday over those who insist everything bigger than a bag lunch must get checked. To each his own....
