It is not much of a MR in terms of multiple flights to/from a variety of cities but for the price and DEQM I think it is a solid choice to pick up the miles. PHL-IAH is an elite heavy route so unless you plan to do this Sat-Sun your chance for EUA is not great.
Even on Sat or Sun trying to upgrade to IAH has been impossible.
You're right though, this is not a traditional multi-city route but the price for DEQMs seems very good. Also I can do a turnaround in one day.
