So what does breakfast consist of? I'm debating on whether to stay here or the Conrad for the SIN Do. I'm a big fan of the breakfast at the Conrad, where they have dim sum, fried rice and noodles, along with typical Western fare. It doesn't sound like the St. Regis comes anywhere close.
