Economy Plus on a Codeshare flight

Hey,

So I booked a flight on a travelsite because it was offered for 758.70 (total) as opposed to 1070.20+tax&fee on the United site for the exact same flight.

I have a few questions.

1. If I call United reservations, can I get them to give me the flight at this price and rebook through them (I have until tomorrow to cancel the travelsite price) or is there price guarantee only for flights you've already paid for.

2. For one of the flights on a United plane, it's a code share and they can't assign me Economy Plus. I'm 1P and I called United CS and neither she nor the Aer Lingus agent (it's an AL codeshare) could assign me an E+ seat. Is there any way to get this or do I just have to hope and wait at the gate?

3. Regarding Miles and EQM what do you get with Aer Lingus? It's about 7000 miles. Do I get these? Do I get my 100% mile bonus? Do I get any EQMs?

Thanks.
