Thanks, MarshKing. When researching a cruise, I kept seeing benefits -- on board credits, shore excursions, etc. -- that some people who booked through Virtuoso got. Can someone explain more about how this happens? And, do Virtuoso travel agents charge a fee on top of the base price, or do their make their money the old fashioned way, as a commission from the supplier (airline, cruise, hotel, etc.)? Thanks!
