Even without wearing my Vulcan ears- ( apologies- just seen the latest Star Trek film) -why would I feel hate towards a service provider?
Ryanair hasnt done me any harm -and I've used their services a fair few times.
If they did me any harm I would just look at getting even-if I could.
I realise that some businesses like to encourage an emotional response to their offering-I don't mind a spot of Marmite now and again-but I dont have quite the emotional attachment to it that the product's advertisers are presumably hoping I might develop to encourage loyalty to that offering.
