Just returned from a stay at the Hyatt Tamaya Resort and I found it to be the dullest Hyatt I've been to. Slow/lazy staff, sprawling corridors (long walk from my room to the lobby), average food, and average rooms with lots of insects (although for a desert location, the insects are a given.) It wasn't a bad trip, it just wasn't extraordinary ...and I'd rank this hotel in the same category as I would airport-based Hiltons.

But for Hyatt resort expectations, I was disappointed.
