Actually, cycling in Tokyo now intrigues me, if only to see how the nutters on the road there compare to the nutters on the road in London.
As one who rode despatch for 4 years in London and has now lived in Tokyo for 19, I can assure the key difference between the drivers in London and Tokyo is that although silly people exist everywhere, the London drivers are by a very long shot superior road users in every respect.
