Does anyone know of a product like this Belkin travel surge protector that's rated to carry 240v? Specifically, I'm looking for one that has US-standard NEMA plugs on both ends.

All of my portable electronics are 110-240v rated, but they all have US plugs on them -- and I'm thinking it'd be easier to carry one of these and a single plug adapter for each country than a whole stack of adapters.

Anyone else have a solution to this problem?
