I spoke with them this evening and heard a different policy: 1 app/60 days (which for me is a downgrade from 2 apps/60 days) [and a rejection -- putting my next app at 15 december or so].
so whatever "policy" means to these people, it does not mean at all that the same rules apply to everyone.
