Unfortunately, a stay is considered consecutive nights spent at a single hotel regardless of check-in/out activity. If you want to get more "stays" you have to switch between two different hotels.

I kindly ask to post you stays as noted in post #2:

‘arrival’ – ‘departure’ / Hotel / Handle
You might skip the departure date if you are not sure how long you will stay there.

e.g.
Dec 29 – Dec 30 / JW Marriott Shanghai / hhoope01
