So if you are only allowed to go online and make changes AFTER AC tells you that your flight has been cancelled or delayed I can't see how that's useful.
A good point. My personal pet peeve is airports (I'm talking to you, YLW and YHZ) that show a departing flight on time even though they show (the same plane) arriving at a later time than it is scheduled to depart.
