I am sorry I am hijacking this thread but would it be helpful if I split a single stay into consecutive night ones at a specific location? Like in LA, can I split up my reservation like :

Checking in on 12/15, Checking out on 12/17 and then checking in again at the same hotel on 12/17 and staying till 12/19? Will that count as 2 stays instead of 1?
