You can ask for the "BoulderHyattHopper special" at the Hyatt DTC. It says on the amenity card, "Chandon Brut", but you get Ariel and the great Southwest Chicken Plate, otherwise you get a lot of fruit (pineapple, cantaloupe, grapes, strawberries, kiwi, etc) with the fruit plate.
