taking wine to Europe

Going LAX-CDG -MXP (Air France) to a wine meeting of the major European players. Need to bring 3-4 bottles of local wines . Don't want to put them in checked luggage due to temperature change bottle shock. Can I put them in carry-on? How do I convince TSA that I have not replaced original contents with nitroglycerin? These are standard, winery corked bottles.
