Ah, that too is hit & miss. I call the Plat Desk, 'splain what happened, and depending on who I get, I get the points. Some say that the cheques are certs and not entitled to points, others say they're the same as cash.

Those that say the cheques not entitled to points say that since I got the cheques for points, I can't earn points. Can't really argue that logic, so usually I just make sure I get the points for the amounts over the amounts "paid" with the cheques.
