I've been to Peking Duck House (Midtown; formerly Maple Garden Duck House) a few times and it's OK, although the decor is a bit sterile. You get big burrito-style pancakes and the waiter prepares them for you tableside. You need to ask for the carcass if you want it - haven't had it as a soup.

I'm sure there are better options elsewhere, but if you've got a hankering, it works.
