And my Canadian North flight became delayed 24 hours due to mechanical issues. Due to all the chaos with AC you could not reach anyone on the regular reservations phone, all there was when you called was a busy signal (other people on my delayed flight had broken connections and were screwed as the airport we were in did not have AC staff)
With OMW I called and the phone was answered immediately. Despite the problem not being AC's fault at all they rebooked me on the next flight from Edmonton to Toronto at no charge.
It took me 5 minutes on the phone get the help I needed. That to me a $35 well spent.
