Never purchased On My Way. And probably never will. But when a flight cancels, AC already rebooks onto the next available flight. The point here I think is that this service gives passengers some degree of flexibility.
And I don't expect an agent at a kiosk. It's self-service. I imagine that most people who frequent this site probably don't need an agent to man a kiosk either.
