If you have purchased On My Way, all you need is a mobile phone or access to a fixed line telephone.
On a full flight, there may be >200 passengers. How many agents do you expect AC to send to man the kiosk? During a weather related irop with many flight cancellations and delays, what do you think the passenger to AC agent ratio going to be?
