I am Diamond and have stayed at Coolum 6 times for 5 nights this year.
I have always been given a 2 bedroom villa. Do put in a request for a lakeside villa as it is very close to the main entrance.
I have never been given access to the Ambassador club(the price is around $1000 p/n) but was once invited to see it but due to business commitments could not.
I have never been invited again
