I am on a 835am flight tomorrow JFK to SJU. There are 7 open first class seats on the 737-800 plane, and I am currently #1 on the upgrade list. Its a U ticket and I am only Silver medallion.

What do you think my chances are of getting upgraded?

And when does the upgrade get processed? Will I have to wait until I get to the gate tomorrow morning??
