The voucher can only be used for bookings with "Expedia Special Price". These - discounted - prices can usually only be cancelled for a refund fee of GBP 20 or sometimes even not at all (see your booking for details). So you should check your booking for the cancellation details. Furthermore you own payment must be higher than the refund fee, because the voucher may not be used to cover the fees.
