I'm really grateful that NZ has not introduced any passenger communication systems onto there aircraft. I love it 3hours when No one from work can reach you by Call/Text/Email (yes people do text you there problems).

You took the seat change very politely, if I was GE I not be one bit happy about given a upper deck seat in the first place.
