Yes, the Rimowas are sexy. The Topas series especially and within that the champagne models make you feel like Goldfinger on a mission.

But have you seen the special edition graphite color models they sell through Lufthansa. NIIIIIICE!
For me, a carry-on without exterior pockets does not make so much sense. Rimowa once had a carry-on roller with exterior pockets and poly shell. I checked the website and couldn't find it anymore.
The poly series is alright but personally they don't turn me on. I just saw though that they do have an aptly named Limbo series where you get the poly material but with a hard frame like the Topas series.
Nonetheless, the biz roller does look sharp. So why not?
If I had the money and the patience of sacrificing comfort for vanity to travel with it, I would buy a Topas beauty case, rip the guts out and install something really fancy and high-tech. Say a $10,000 pair of tube-driven Sennheiser Orpheus headphones. I'd make them fab a lifting mechanism that lifts the amp out of the case. The case itself would have an IEC plug on the outside. That little case would steal the show of all but the most beautiful women because it is so perfectly proportioned.

P.S.: Forget about that! The Orpheus wouldn't even fit.
