Yes there are airside transfer desks where you can check in. You will need a copy of your ticket to show to transfer security (and also to get on the inter-terminal bus).

2 hours should be just enough time, unless your inbound flight is significantly late or your transit is during the ghost period in the middle of the day when there are no inter-terminal buses.

All this assumes you either have no checked luggage or have through checked them to your destination.
