Keep trying. Soon after the promotion began, I booked FFN stays at the Paris Park Hyatt and the Highlands Inn Park Hyatt (Carmel) and I didnt have any FFN earned yet. You just need to earn the FFN before your reservation dates. Sometimes it helps to be firm. Try commenting that other friends of yours have booked FFN before earning them and could they please check w/ a supervisor. Good Luck.
