Trans...DL does read this stuff, we know that and have discussed it at length. But wouldnt you agree that if there was more intelligently organized posting of issues ONCE vs constant (every thread it seems) bashing DL would take our collective concerns more seriously? My point isnt that DL is right in all they do, but that we as FT'ers do not help ourselves with the hostility and threats and whining. We become white noise to them.
As for using my hard earned miles. I am booked to go to Israel in 11 days on an award ticket, I did the same in Feb, I have been to Hawaii this year on miles also, and flown friends into town on my miles. ALL but the Hawaii were booked via DL. I just have not found it to be as horrible as everyone makes it out to be, I have always gotten what I needed/was looking for award wise. And have NEVER had to pay the high bucket.
