I am still waiting for an early MAY stay for Coolum.
It usually takes 6 weeks -if ever.
I usually fax the folio in after 6 weeks.
The Melbourne should take about 2 weeks.
If you are desperate for the Mastercard FFN program then fax both in after 3 weeks.
Coolum and Adelaide I have found to be the worst.
