got a question - last week, I was able to redeem the 40 GBP voucher I received, and it was a booking for a one-night stay at the end of this month. I only needed to pay a few bucks out of my own pocket after the voucher redemption. The problem is that I just learned that I'll have to cancel my travel, so I wonder if I can still get a refund of some sort. Otherwise, what a waste this is!
