7 transfers (and counting) to get to a NW Plat representative
Still on hold, trying to reach a NW Platinum line representative. Have now spoken to 8 people and I just keep getting transferred around when asking for a NW Platinum rep, from DL SMS to NW General to DL General to NW General to NW Intl to Delta to a Delta SMS Supervisor.

All after I had a regular NW supervisor hang-up on me after arguing with me that Plat upgrades never clear more than 5 days out...

I used to think that UA was bad if you had no status, but the "New Delta" is impossible even with status...
