Canadian Plus seemed to quietly sneak this one into their last "Executive Desk" update, but they are offering triple miles between Canada and LHR for travel booked in J. Travel between 26 September and 31 December is eligible for credit, and it seems to be retroactive as I had not initially recieved any points, but they were added almost immediately after I called in.
