I'm trying to book a Air Europa nonstop from Barcelona to Madrid, but the lowest fare ($69 ai, booking class A) isn't mileage eligible. There's a U fare for $87 that's eligible, but there's no way to specify fare basis on the Air Europa website. They want an additional $20 for a phone booking.

Is there a third party website where I can book the U fare without paying such a high fee?
