Time share people still there, Hyatt Dorado beach guests use the cerromar facilities as well.

The Cerromar also operates as a country club for local people. This operation will continue as well. A new club house is being built. A Johnny Rockets hamburger place is being added.

People are saying that by closing the hotel....all the union contracts go out the door. When they "reopen" they can hire new employees at half the rate.
