Rumor update;

Cerromar will close as a hotel on July 15th.
Renovation of main buildings begin to turn them into time share units.

Pools/Restaurants/Golf Courses stay open to serve existing time share customers.

Hyatt Dorado NOT sold. Will still be a Hyatt and will upgrade to get 5 star status.
