Four of us food fiends will be in NYC for the marathon, and we would like to include a Peking duck lunch or dinner. I had a memorable meal on a trip there about ten years ago, with steamed dumplings, the whole duck experience, carcass soup to follow. Decor was green vinyl chairs and formica topped tables from the 60's. Perfect.
So far I have looked into the two Peking Duck Houses, one midtown, one in Chinatown. Reviews seem all over the map, and the photos don't look anything like the one I visited (which I am pretty sure was in midtown). I am currently leaning toward the Mott St. one, although we are staying near TS.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
