Hmmm, with more than 200 nights per year (yuck). My wife and I just returned from a trip that included 2 nights at this property arrived April 3 out April 5.

Must be a case of YMMV, sort of a mix of 777 and Johnny's reports.

Food service (room) found to be very average and overpriced (even for room service).

Found check in to be friendly but not like Park Hyatt Chicago (to which I see it compared).

Location is a nice asset and one that can not be fixed if wrong.

Agree on bedding (my wife commented on it when we were there) issues by 777.

Diamond amenity- Strawberries and Truffles (no mold) and both were excellent. Along with a very nice bottle of French Wine.

Nice to get free high speed Internet in-room (WOW a surprise and it was great).

My big ding was poor air conditioning even for Europe (even called to ask about it).

All other (except for Air) special requests were met easily by staff.

Did not experience the greeting of everyone knowing your name (in fact was surprised by this lack of attention).

We did use the spa for massages to kill jet lag and that was WONDERFUL. We both had some of the best massages had in any European hotel.

Did not notice any smell or odor (other than the cologne of some guests).

Overall rates as a 4.5 star headed to 5 star. Highly recommend this property if the price is in your range.
