Well, GuyBetsy stayed 232 times at the GH Bangkok, which is indeed a fine hotel, but how these hotels are even in the same league, I don't know.

letierk, I agree that Wolter doesn't have a place in the world of Hyatt -- based on my communication for him, he has no respect for customers, which is unacceptable in the hospitality business.
