You really must not have stayed at good hotels in Asia because the Hyatt Kowloon is far from on the top end. I haven't stayed at the absolute best other than the Sheraton Imperial in KL and the Park Hyatt Tokyo, but this Hyatt in Kowloon is one of the worst of the so-called "first class" hotels. The normal rooms are far from impressive and the attention to details is not impressive either and the experience with the General Manager will never make me change my opinion.

Despite Hyatt corporate's effort to deal with my problems, I would never go back to this hotel. I will keep staying at Hyatts, but this hotel deserves to lose a lot of business and the General Manager should be fired - his last name is Wolter
