I consider tinkeybelle to be a valuable member of this forum. I have not personally visited this RC or hotel, and probably never would considering the numerous negative posts regarding the Kowloon.
Maybe you would consider letting us know why flaming another FTer on this forum is productive, as opposed to considering that their experiences were different than your own.

Agreed.
Guy Betsy -- The Hyatt forum is one of the most civilized places in the FT world -- can we please keep it that way?
The allegation that tinkybelle (and many others among us) have had bad experiences at this hotel because we somehow do not understand "Asian culture" is preposterous--there are many positive posts regarding and I personally have had wonderful experiences at the following hotels: Bangkok, Singapore, GH Bali, Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Shanghai, not to mention the superb Grand Hyatt Hong Kong which I consider to be among the best hotels in the world. I think all of these hotels are in fact in Asia.
If you have had good experiences at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, it is good to know that and perhaps the hotel is taking many of our comments to heart and striving to improve. At least for some of its guests.
