Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, jbernste. We are unable to make modifications to the name, address, and credit card information on a Priceline reservation. We are, however, able to add requests and Gold Passport account numbers to these reservations. This issue has been addressed with our Gold Passport Customer Service agents.
For future reference, the 1-800-CHECK-IN service is available to all Gold Passport members. If your account number is not on your reservation, you can simply provide it to the agent you speak with when using this service.
