You can still use 1-800-CHECK-IN..the confirmation number with Priceline that begins with HY...... is in the Hyatt database...even if you don't use this just give them the hotel and your last name...now you simply tell them to add your GP# and bingo, you're in..or you can wait til you get to the hotel...if they didn't want your business, why would they use Priceline for revenue....go figure...basically lazy telephone operators..
