They qualify for FFNights if you do the following. Make sure they enter your Gold Passport number upon checking in and use your Mastercard for incidentals. Then make sure you get some incidental charges. My suggestion is that you make a few phone calls or order an item from room service or a minibar item. Settle your bill with Mastercard at check-out and you should be good to go.
