No guarantee true.I was clearly aware of this as it is
"Based on availability"
However I was informed that there was a 4 PM checkout based on availability.
Obviously all hotels negotiate that on a given day to day basis due to occupancy.
I will now know its based on varied luck and kindness in the future by the hotel.

This is not what was told to me by a supervisor at Gold Passport Customer Service.
The agent on the phone with 7 years at Hyatt (I asked) and their supervisor were incorrect
If they can not know Hyatts terms and conditions then
its high time for some improved training.
It may mean that Hyatt might want to actually print a list of benefits that reservation agents and the customer service frontlines could more easily access
Members would appreciate a copy too
It would be great to be aware more fully the benefit or knowing the lack of one.

Varied late check out is fine but not if its a secret to both sides.
Communicate it to your member base more accurately and fully please
where possible.It makes for a lot more satisfied and happy Hyatt campers
