I agree. 777 -- I don't think this is a guaranteed benefit anymore (might have been in the past I'm not sure). It sometimes takes some brow-beating to get a hotel to honor this, even for 2 pm.

It should definitely be a guaranteed benefit, but I guess there may be too many Diamonds these days
